Wow, the skyline views from my Stateroom King were unreal! Being that high up felt surreal, like floating in the clouds. The bathroom was gorgeous, just stunning! Sadly, the food didn’t match the hype. I tried the fixed menu at the restaurant, and it wasn't great. The bar was way better for snacks!

The personalized service from Alex Liu was remarkable! He orchestrated a fantastic setup for my father's 86th birthday, making it memorable. The exquisite craftsmanship and artistry throughout the hotel complemented the breathtaking city view I enjoyed every morning. The breakfast and afternoon tea were absolutely delightful! !

While the overall comfort was impressive, I noticed the carpet in my room appeared somewhat worn, which slightly detracted from the luxurious feel.
