The Premium Stateroom King was insane! Those skyline views were like nothing I've ever seen-waking up to skyscrapers outside huge windows was surreal. The room was clean and the turndown service was a nice touch. The only downside? The carpet could use a refresh, but honestly, it didn't really bother me. A unique experience.

Amazing views, but dining is a letdown
Wow, the skyline views from my Stateroom King were unreal! Being that high up felt surreal, like floating in the clouds. The bathroom was gorgeous, just fine! Sadly, the food didn't match the hype. I tried the fixed menu at the restaurant, and it wasn't great. The bar was way better for snacks!

comforting stay, but minor concerns linger
The personalized service from Alex Liu was amazing! He orchestrated a fantastic setup for my father's 86th birthday. The exquisite craftsmanship and artistry throughout the hotel complemented the amazing city view I enjoyed every morning. The breakfast and afternoon tea were good!
While the overall comfort was excellent, I noticed the carpet in my room appeared somewhat worn, which slightly detracted from the luxurious feel.

Staying on the 95th floor offered unparalleled views, along with a spacious and comfortable beautiful room. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, especially in the lounge, and the breakfast had an excellent variety of delicious options, including local vegetables. While the high altitude is thrilling, some amenities, like the carpet in the room, could use a refresh.

During my Easter stay, I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the high-up room and the delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. The location was also ideal for exploring the city, as it was centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The lack of English-speaking staff and the dirty windows did negatively impact my stay. It was difficult to communicate my needs, and the cleanliness of the windows hindered the otherwise spectacular view.

The bathroom was the only redeeming quality of the entire hotel. It was breathtakingly beautiful and spotless. the view from the window, although not exactly as pictured, was still quite good. the hotel was conveniently located near the center of the city, allowing quick access to various tourist attractions.
The staff was nearly useless, as none of them spoke English very well. They messed up my wake-up call, woke me up an hour too early, and then didn't even pick up my coffee cup from outside the room for over 24 hours.
